Is this a physical fence company?
No. We install wired electronic pet-containment systems. We do not build wood, vinyl, aluminum, chain-link or privacy fencing.
Do you install GPS or outdoor wireless fences?
No. Our outdoor installations use a professionally installed wire to create a precise boundary. Indoor Room Wizard™ transmitters can be used for adjustable indoor no-go zones.
What does the consultation cost?
New-installation consultations are free. System pricing is customized because equipment, boundary layout, installation choices and training support differ by home and pet.
How much training is included?
Several training-support choices are available. Many complete programs involve about five sessions over approximately two weeks, with additional visits when needed for reliable containment.
Are warranties the same for every system?
No. Warranty coverage depends on the equipment selected. Current Pet Stop product and warranty terms are explained during the consultation.
