I’m really glad I went with Pet Stop versus another company.

It was a quick install. They checked in after to make sure everything was up to snuff. And they were very quick and generous with the one service repair I’ve needed so far in the year plus that I’ve had it.

My 2 GSPs were Houdini's prior to having this installed. Now, I have no worries about them out in my yard. That peace of mind is worth everything.

Thanks Jeff & Co.!

This is a SOLID and reliable company run by the owner who truly cares. The product is far superior to invisible fence and at a much better price. It has a LIFETIME warranty and I have had it 3 years and occasional service has be required because my gardeners cut the wire 3 x . Jeff, the owner ,has been out and always show up when he says and fixes it to keep my 3 dogs contained all at a very reasonable cost.
I wish more service companies had that reliability and fair pricing

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I can’t say enough good things about Jeff Campbell and Pet Stop Link. We live on a 3½-acre property, and one of our biggest concerns was giving our dogs the freedom to run while keeping them safe. Jeff recommended the right system for our property, handled the installation professionally, and took the time to train both us and our dogs.

The results have been incredible. Our dogs now happily roam the yard, and we have complete peace of mind knowing they’re staying safely on our property. The system has worked exactly as promised.

What really sets Jeff apart is his customer service. He genuinely cares about the dogs and wants to make sure everything is working perfectly. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions.

If you’re considering an invisible fence, I wholeheartedly recommend Jeff Campbell and Pet Stop Link. It has been one of the best investments we’ve made for our dogs’ safety and our own peace of mind.

Pet Stop is all about superior customer service & products to keep your pets safe. I had their main competitor's system installed in a home in Central FL, and this is apples-to-oranges compared to what Jeff Campbell (who manages the S FL/Treasure Coast Pet Stop franchise) installed at my South FL home. Jeff is low pressure, listens to his clients, works to get them the solutions that work for their family & pets in their homes/yards. He is quick to respond to any tech issues, help troubleshoot or provide replacement or repaired equipment. He helps train pets & work with owners to learn boundaries/use of collars, and is committed to making sure pet families are getting the most out of their systems. On top of that - they are more fairly priced than their competition. Cannot recommend this product more highly. 10 out of 5 stars for Pet Stop of South Florida!

Jeff and Team installed our invisible fence both inside and outside our home about a year or so ago and the system has worked flawlessly. I recently also had an issue with parts for one of the dog collars (I lost a piece when cleaning it) and Jeff passed by our house within a day and dropped off the missing part (with a few extras just in case), talk about incredible customer service. I highly recommend this company and its product for anyone looking for a highly effective pet containment system.

Before I start, I have not yet have my 'fence' installed, this is purely on the customer service I have received thus far. I will update my rating after installation...

I called the company the first time because my husband and I have a beautiful German Shepherd and no fence.
When I called no one answered so I left a message. Within the hour I received a return phone call from Jeff.
Come to find out Jeff is the owner himself. We set up a time for him to come out and give me an estimate and take a look at my property.
He was punctual and arrived ready to get to work. We toured my yard and talked about possible scenarios. When he left, he outlined a couple of different options, which then my husband and I agreed upon one. Jeff supports our military, and wounded warriors. I highly recommend and will also update once the product has been installed.

We are tickled pink with the results of our fence install. Our German Shepherd took right to it and already understands that she can not pass the "fence". Jeff installed the fence and then took time to thoroughly walk me through how to train my dog. The company itself offers to come out and train your dog for you, but I wanted to do it myself, she's my dog. At the end of the day, we are thrilled with the results and our pupper stays out of the street!

THRILLED with our decision to work with PET STOP! Jeff is amazing and always reliably responsive! Our dogs never get past our front or back yard areas. They are free to roam and they are happy! We have had PET STOP for just over one year now and Jeff continues to help us anytime we have any questions. Thanks again so much for this technology!

Our Lifetime Containment Guarantee

If you have a consistent containment issue, we want the chance to put it right. Most escapes turn out to be something simple — a collar that hasn’t been charged, a system without the optional battery backup that has lost power, or a collar worn too loosely — and we can usually sort those out over the phone. If the problem is genuinely ongoing, we come back to adjust the programming, and we do additional training with your dog if that’s what’s needed. If we cannot successfully contain your dog, we refund your money.

The guarantee lasts for the life of the system on our Pet Stop Link Ultra and Pet Stop EcoLite Pro packages. There’s no time limit and no expiry.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a dog fence cost?

Most installations in Broward and Palm Beach County run between $1,000 and $2,500. Variables that contribute to pricing are installation size and challenges, along with training and warranty choices and the number of pets being contained.

A free in-home consultation is always available to evaluate and discuss your specific needs, answer any and all questions, and provide a fully customizable quote with options for you to choose from. Phone consultations and email quotes can also be arranged if that is your preference.

Is the system safe for my dog?

Yes. Correction levels are fully adjustable to your dog's size and temperament, with safety features like Comfort Contacts and SafetyStop built in, and training is built around positive reinforcement, not just correction.

What is Pet Stop GentleSteps™ training?

Our exclusive, certified training protocol — only Pet Stop South Florida trainers are certified to deliver it. Jeff Campbell personally leads it, drawing on more than 25,000 dogs trained over his career in pet containment since 1994.

Can this work for a small dog or puppy?

Yes. We train dogs as small as 3 lbs, and puppies starting at 10–12 weeks. Most dogs are fully trained within 10–14 days.

Can I have multiple dogs with different settings?

Yes. Each dog's collar is programmed independently, so correction levels and boundary behavior can differ dog to dog on the same system.

Do you install indoor containment too?

Yes. The same technology works indoors — keeping pets off counters, out of the litter box, or away from other off-limit areas — not just outdoor boundaries.

Do you handle repairs and retraining if a dog needs a refresher?

Yes. Repairs are one of our most common service calls, and we offer reactivation training for dogs that need a refresher after time away from their boundary.

Can this reinforce a fence I already have?

Yes. Adding an underground boundary inside your existing fence line stops digging, jumping, and fence-charging — your fence stays exactly as is.

Do you work on Invisible Fence® or DogWatch® systems, not just your own?

Yes. We independently service and repair Invisible Fence®, DogWatch®, PetSafe®, and other brands, with compatible collars and replacement parts.

What areas do you serve?

Broward and Palm Beach Counties are our primary focus, with continued service in Miami-Dade and Martin Counties.

Can my dog fence move with me if I move house?

Yes. Your Pet Stop transmitter and receiver collars belong to you, and in most cases they can be inspected, reinstalled and reconnected at your new home. The buried boundary wire stays behind, because a new route has to be designed around the new yard, its driveway, landscaping and access points.

The biggest benefit is for the dog. The same equipment means the same collar tone and the same flags, so a dog who already knows the system usually doesn't have to start training over from the beginning. Some families choose new equipment at the new home instead, especially if the existing system is older or the new property needs features the old one doesn't have. We inspect what you have and tell you honestly which makes better sense for your dog.

What happens to my dog fence if I sell my home?

Some clients choose to leave the system in place and include it with the sale when they know the new owners have pets. It can be a real selling point for the home, and it keeps the equipment useful instead of sitting in a garage. We can inspect the system for the incoming owners, replace collars, and show them how it works and how to train their own dogs to it. If you're moving and undecided, we can talk through both options before closing.

What happens if my dog gets out?

Call us. Most of the time it’s something straightforward — the collar hasn’t been charged, a system without the optional battery backup has lost power, or the collar is being worn too loosely — and we can work that out with you over the phone. If there’s a consistent containment issue, we come back and adjust the programming, and do additional training with your dog if that’s what’s needed. That’s included, not an extra. Our Lifetime Containment Guarantee on the Pet Stop Link Ultra and Pet Stop EcoLite Pro systems means that if we cannot successfully contain your dog, we give you your money back.

About two-thirds of our Pet Stop installations in South Florida are on properties that already have a physical fence.

The dog is still getting out — digging under, jumping over, pushing through a gap, or going through a gate somebody left open. A wood or PVC fence marks a property line. It doesn’t teach a dog anything, and a determined dog treats it as an obstacle rather than a boundary.

A Pet Stop boundary wire can run along an existing fence line to address exactly that. With a Pet Stop collar fitted and Pet Stop GentleSteps training, the dog learns where the edge is and stops testing it, and the fence you already paid for stays where it is.
